How a GBP/USD lot works
One standard lot of GBPUSD is 100,000 pounds, quoted in dollars, so one pip (0.0001) is worth $10 per lot, $1 per mini lot and $0.10 per micro lot.
Cable moves more than EURUSD — London opens and UK data releases routinely run 40–80 pips — so its stops tend to be wider and the lots smaller for the same risk.
The calculator reads your stop as a price, so pipettes (the fifth decimal) need no conversion.
