1. Try before you buy
The free sample gives you hands-on access to the core backtesting tool. We encourage you to use it to decide whether CRTLAB is right for you before upgrading.
2. The monthly plan
- Pro is a monthly subscription. It renews each month until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your account; cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access to the end of the current billing period.
- If you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented use, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll work with you on a fair resolution, which may include a refund.
- We generally do not refund partial billing periods after access has been used.
3. Earlier one-time purchases
- A Lifetime plan bought before 13 September 2026 was a one-time payment and keeps its access; it does not renew. Where one is refunded in full, the associated access ends when the refund is issued.
4. Statutory rights
Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you have under consumer law in your jurisdiction (for example, EU/UK cancellation rights for digital content, which may be waived when you request immediate access).
5. How refunds are processed
Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Kai Alan Branca (CRTLAB). Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through them and may take a few business days to appear.
6. How to request
Email crtlab@proton.me from your account address with your order details and a short description. We aim to respond within a few business days.
