Refund Policy

We want CRTLAB to be worth it. This policy explains when refunds are available. Because a free plan lets you try the tool first, please use it before purchasing a paid plan.
1. Try before you buy
The free plan gives you hands-on access to the core backtesting tool. We encourage you to use it to decide whether CRTLAB is right for you before upgrading.
2. Subscriptions (Pro)
- You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
- If you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue that prevented use, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll work with you on a fair resolution, which may include a refund.
- We generally do not refund partial subscription periods after access has been used.
3. Lifetime & course access
Because Lifetime and the course provide immediate, ongoing access to digital content and educational material, these are generally non-refundable once accessed — except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law, or at our discretion for a genuine issue.
4. Statutory rights
Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you have under consumer law in your jurisdiction (for example, EU/UK cancellation rights for digital content, which may be waived when you request immediate access).
5. How refunds are processed
Payments are handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through them and may take a few business days to appear.
6. How to request
Email crtlab@proton.me from your account address with your order details and a short description. We aim to respond within a few business days.
