The short version
FundedX runs 3 evaluation programs for forex and CFD traders. The headline one, Turbo Challenge, asks for a 5% profit target with a 4% max max loss and a 3% daily loss limit. This page puts every FundedX rule set in one table, runs each through thousands of simulated challenges to show what the rules alone do to your odds, and opens a chart that enforces them candle by candle — so you can rehearse the FundedX challenge on real historical data before you pay for one.
FundedX challenge rules, program by program
Rules as published on x-funded.com, checked 21 October 2026. Prop firms revise rules often — confirm on their site before you buy; the source for each program is in the fine print below. Account sizes offered: $5k, $10k, $25k, $50k, $100k, $200k.
What the FundedX rules do to your odds
The same trader passes one firm's challenge far more often than another's, and the difference is the rules, not the trader. To isolate it, each program below was run through the CRTLAB challenge simulator for three traders: a break-even one (50% wins at 1:1 — zero edge, so any pass is the rules' slack plus luck), a small edge (45% at 1:1.5) and a solid edge (45% at 1:2).
Of FundedX's 3 programs, 1 Phase Challenge leaves a break-even trader the most room (33.3% pass) and Turbo Challenge the least (17.6%).
| Program | Break-even trader | Small edge | Solid edge |
|---|---|---|---|
| Turbo Challenge | 17.6% | 35.9% | 62.9% |
| 1 Phase Challenge | 33.3% | 70.8% | 90.3% |
| 2 Phase Challenge | 28.5% | 71% | 93.4% |
Simulated: $100k account, 1% risk per trade, 2 trades a day, 7 trading days or the program's own limit; multi-phase programs multiply each phase's pass rate. Min-day and consistency rules are not simulated. Run your own numbers in the prop firm challenge calculator.
The rule most likely to end a FundedX attempt
On Turbo Challenge the target (5%) is 1.3× the 4% loss allowance — a middle-of-the-road shape. Neither rule dominates; an average edge at sensible risk passes more often than not.
There is a 3% daily loss limit. With only 4% in total, two bad days are the whole account.
The clock matters: 7 days to finish.
In simulation, a trader with a small edge (45% wins at 1:1.5, 1% risk) fails 25.9% of phase-one attempts on the max loss; the ones who pass take a median of 4 trading days.
Rehearse the FundedX challenge on a real chart
The button opens CRTLAB with prop firm mode running on FundedX's Turbo Challenge rules. The chart's HUD carries your progress to target, the distance to the max loss and the daily floor, and it calls the verdict — passed, phase two, or breached — the moment a rule is hit, exactly as the firm's dashboard would. Every FundedX program and account size is one click away in the rules panel, and so are the other 98 firms in the catalogue.
What makes it a rehearsal rather than a demo account: you replay real historical data, candle by candle, on any of 38 markets from 1-minute to weekly, and you can do in an evening what a live challenge takes a month to show you. Run the same week three times with three different risk sizes and watch which one the max floor catches.
There is no account to fund and no time limit on practice — the replay waits for you. When your rehearsals pass consistently, you know the edge survives FundedX's rules before the fee is spent.

Turbo Challenge: 4% (type n/s); 1 Phase Challenge: 7% (type n/s); 2 Phase Challenge: 10% (type n/s).
Does FundedX have a daily loss limit?

What is the FundedX profit target?
Turbo Challenge: 5%; 1 Phase Challenge: 10%; 2 Phase Challenge: 8% then 5%.
Is the FundedX simulator free?
CRTLAB is free to try. You get prop firm mode with FundedX's rules and every other firm's, with every tool the product has, for your first 10,000 candles of replay — roughly two hours of stepping through a chart, no card needed. After the sample, unlimited replay is $14.99 a month, cancel any time. Prop firm mode itself is never behind a paywall.
